EXPERIENCE:

Ms. Gumeny, a Principal with MKW since 2001, has over 22 years of diverse experience in planning and site design of commercial, residential and public facilities including streetscapes, parks, urban plazas, and waterfront facilities throughout the New York Metropolitan area. Ms. Gumeny served as project manager/ project landscape architect for several multi-disciplinary design firms before joining MKW.

As one of the Principals, Ms. Gumeny is responsible for the day-to-day management of the design and production processes of projects and maintains client/firm relationships. She directs the design, contract documentation, and construction work for a wide range of projects including: East River Park, Harborside Financial Development, Liberty View Towers, St. Philip’s Academy, and Indian Lake Restoration.
