420 Kent Avenue is a new high end residential development sited on the East River in Brooklyn, just south of the Williamsburg Bridge. Three 22 story towers contain 857 apartment units (20% of which are affordable housing). The distinctive towers, designed by ODA New York, feature multi-dimensional facades resulting in 80% corner units.

MKW’s role included the design of the new shore public waterfront walkway, an extension of the Greenpoint to Dumbo Promenade; and a new upland connection which is the extension of North 8th Street into the site. MKW is also responsible for design of the extensive rooftop open spaces and all amenities provided on several rooftop levels.
