An "Urban Ready Living" develop-ment located on a 4.3 acre parcel in the heart of downtown Stamford. The project is conceived as a residential development designed to attract people interested in an active lifestyle and focuses on integrating landscape, public amenities and architecture. The project features a series of building blocks with 672 units, 5,100 SF commer-cial space, ranging from 5-7 stories high surround-ing a nearly 2-acre interior courtyard built over a structured parking garage.
